The Heart of America chapter of LDEI was founded in 1998, and our members include philanthropic-minded food, beverage and hospitality professionals, authors and culinary entrepreneurs determined to make life in Kansas City, St. Louis, Des Moines and other heartland communities even more delicious.

 

The Kansas City Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, is an organization of professional women in the fields of food, fine beverage, and hospitality. The chapter's mission is to enhance our professional endeavors and to support each other through resource exchange, education, and community outreach.

The Heart of American Chapter of Les Dames D’ Escoffier invites you to the  11^th Anniversary Escoffier Dinner

Wednesday, April 22 at Renee Kelly’s at Caenen Castle  12401 Johnson Drive Shawnee Kansas 66216. Annual Spring Meeting at 5:30, champagne reception at 6:30 with Induction of New Members and dinner at 7pm. Dinner is six courses paired with wine.  The cost is $80 for dames and $90 for all guests.
