History
The Heart of America chapter of LDEI was
founded in 1998, and our members include philanthropic-minded food,
beverage and hospitality professionals, authors and culinary
entrepreneurs determined to make life in Kansas City, St. Louis, Des
Moines and other heartland communities even more delicious.

Mission
The Kansas City Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, is an organization of professional women in the fields of food, fine beverage, and hospitality. The chapter's mission is to enhance our professional endeavors and to support each other through resource exchange, education, and community outreach.
